Biology Survey
A biology survey involves the identification of flora and fauna within a defined survey area. From a biology survey, the density and diversity of plants and animals can be determined. In addition, red and blue listed species, high habitat value plants, or significant trees may be identified which are important in protecting habitat. Biology surveys are usually performed as part of a biophysical survey, which also includes the identification of the physical substrates.
