Environmental Monitoring with Balanced Environmental

Environmental monitoring of marine and fresh water construction projects involves having a biologist on site during construction to ensure the contractors do not undertake activities that will harm the environment. Environmental monitors will measure turbidity, implement sediment and erosion control measures, salvage fish, set up no work zones, and much more.

All biologists at Balanced Environmental have been approved for environmental monitoring by Fisheries and Oceans Canada - Habitat Enhancement Branch. Our environmental monitors are involved in all aspects of environmental approvals, construction, and regulation, and can help contractors avoid environmental pitfalls which can result in costly delays.

Balanced Environmental has performed environmental monitoring throughout British Columbia from Vancouver to the Queen Charlottes. Our monitors do not bog down projects with paperwork. All monitoring reports are short and concise, saving time and money on reporting.

Our environmental monitors are often given multiple tasks including directing construction and performing onsite design of compensation features. This multi-tasking ability gives clients added value. Coupled with competitive rates, Balanced Environmental offers cost-effective practical solutions that are second to none.
